The Athletic Conditioning and Development program is available for individuals or teams. A program will be designed specific to the sport, age, gender, and fitness level of the individuals. These sessions can be held at a home or at an athletic field or facility of your choice. The sessions generally run 1 hour and concentrate on core strength, flexibility, integrated strength training, speed training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. This training will help increase speed, agility, muscle development and quickness and also helps prevent injuries. Along with the physical workouts nutritional counseling is also provided.
