Tony Sheron was certified as a Personal Trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in 2004. Since becoming a CPT, Tony has worked with both male and female clients of all age groups with various goals ranging from weight loss and fitness to a faster base running time.
Tony has been interested in fitness and athletics from an early age and participated in Football, Track and Baseball in high school and continued on to play football in college. In addition to practices and games, Tony created different fitness and weight training routines for himself and teammates.
